Writing Without Fear
Tutors and teachers often have a difficult time getting students to write. Trying to put one’s thoughts down in a way that makes sense and at the same time trying to remember all the rules of grammar and spelling can be daunting to anyone, especially to a new writer. In this workshop, participants learn a writing process that can help students (and themselves) overcome their fear of writing. Participants will learn this process by reflecting on their own experiences as teachers and writers, as well as by doing some writing themselves.
